Please check the following before filling out the form:

- Please read our terms and conditions for all bookings. You will be required to pay a deposit, which will confirm your reservation. 

- You will need to fill a medical form on arrival.  Please, first review the form to check if you will need to get medical approval before you start your course, to avoid any disappointment. An answer of "yes" to any question on page 2 will require a medical approval. ​

- All participants need to be certified as Open Water or equivalent.  

- If you have not dived for over a year and have less than 50 dives, we will ask that you do a pool refresher the day before your first dives. This is done in the afternoon and the cost is 500,000 IDR.
